Description field in Item ledger entries

The description filed in ILE is blank, even though the item has description in Sales shipment , purchase receipt or transfer document. How can this description field in ILE can get occupied from their respective document line.

Hi,

Description fields in Ledger entries always filled if you enter Description when you are posting entries from General Journal. Please check it once, if you filled that during posting.
