Customer creation form freezes when using Copy customer feature

Dear community,

I am using copy customers by using shared number sequence feature.

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/finance/accounts-receivable/copy-customer

If I copy a customer from a legal entity that doesnt have a sales tax group or tax exempt number to a one that has, form freezes and it doesnt let me manually input these values.

Form just stays frozen until I refresh my browser and no customer is created.

In case of Vendor, it informs me of mandatory fields and it lets me finish record creation by entering mandatory fields missing.

Has anyone had a similar problem?

Hi,
As Ivdtang said, if you have been running well before, then there is no problem with your configuration. You can open a ticket with Microsoft, which involves some investigation to determine whether it is caused by some customization or certain operations or whether it is a bug as you said.

Thank you Hana,

I have already done all the neccessary setups and in fact, the functionality used to work just fine, now, supposing after turning on sales tax parameters, customer creation form freezes, I am suspecting its a bug.
