Hi I would like to send the custom field amount (Allowance) [as the blue box in the image] to the bal. account allowance [50113]. May I know is there any event that I can subscribe or any custom code that I can use?

I've tried using the method in base app but it doesn't work.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi

I am sure some developers in this forum will provide more help. But meanwhile see these examples (not the exact one) maybe you can find an idea

Are you thinking only for the journal line but also onto the G/L Entry?

Yes for both. I would like the custom amount (allowance) to behave like the base app amount that is linked to the bal. account no.

Whenever I post using the base app (amount field) to the G/L (for which in my case, 50110) the amount is there. How do I send my custom amount (allowance field) to the G/L that is specified in the blue colour box (50113)? Thanks in advance!
