Changing decimal places in Canadian Payroll

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

How do you change the number of decimal places in the Payroll Quick Entry - Canada screen?   Currently the Rate field is default to 3 decimal places and we would like 2 decimal places.

Thank you!  That worked in GP2016.

I'm using GP 2013, so it might be different from yours.  I can change the decimals under the Payroll Quick Entry - Canada Window.  There is a greyed out 'precision' box located to the right hand side just above the Rate entry column, just click in the precision box a few times to get it to the desired number of decimal places.

    Hope this helps!
