I couldn't find any information about this, so I'm hoping you can help me.
We use CRM 2016. Today, the currency symbol in our CRM suddenly changed from € to £. I was able to change this back, but now, every monetary field keeps the symbol £.
Even though we select EUR as our currency, we still e.g. get £ 100.000 when we type in the est. revenue for the opportunity. The currency for the account is also EUR, so that's not the problem.
Does anyone know how I can change the symbol back for the field Est. Revenue?

Any idea why CRM changes it back every 3 weeks or so?
I know how to reset it, but it's just really strange why this happens.

Thank you for your suggestion, but that wasn't the case.
For some reason, our CRM likes to change the EUR symbol to £ instead of €. I've changed this back a couple of times now, but this time it took more then a day and a half to publish the change... really strange. But it works for now. I'll close this.

if the base currency is EUR, you must see all revenue related fields in EUR, until someone changes this in their Personal settings.
Have you checked already that your personal settings has EUR as preferred currency?
Have you checked in other users systems as well?

No, in this case every member of our organisation uses EUR, the same for our customer.
Is there any chance your personal settings have preferred currency to Pound? Or perhaps the client currency is set to Pound?
