We are rolling out the new Asset Management Mobile Power App. Do the users need Power Apps licenses, or should everything included with the D365 subscription? The only users that successfully accessed the app did the Power Apps trial.
I can understand your concern. For the short term, I would suggest using the trial licenses and opening a ticket for Microsoft Support to get some clarity.
Thanks for the reply. Yes I've completed the onboarding of the app and set up the security roles. Some users are able to work and manage their work orders. However when I view their licenses in the power platform admin center in the power apps summary, it shows them under the Power Apps Trial licenses. I'm worried the "trial" will run out and the users won't be able to access the app.
