My Power Apps says there is a disconnect

I was doing training in power apps for my company, and not sure if I clicked on something but am now getting this screen saying there is a disconnect.

    It can be the case that the environment got deleted, your permissions revoked or you might use a wrong login for this environment. Have you verified if the environment is still available via the Power Platform Admin Center?
