Best way to default posting groups for customers and suppliers

Hi All,

We have say customer groups such as domestic and export, and if we want to default posting groups (gen business, customer and VAT), what options do we have? I just had a look at the templates you can select when creating a new customer but these fields are not available though you can default dimensions. How do other people manage this as you don't expect your data entry staff to go through this for each new customer?

I can see posting groups in Templates. Is this what you are expecting?
