workflow with phone call except weekend

Hi everybody,

I am working in a project that needs a workflow to create a phone call activities. The workflow create phone call activities for 4 hour later that one date field. but some time this workflow create this phone call in weekend. How do I avoid that?

    Hi,

    Can we do one thing that while scheduling workflow to execute check the condition if this is the week end and calculate run instantly instead of 4 hr later based on some rule condition.

    Add Business Days to Date

    This Workflow Activity allows Business Days to be added to a date. You can also just add the days directly to a date, and make sure the last day is a business day. (Also works with hours!)

    I have already tried to make that but I don't get a field that shows a day (monday, tuesday, etc) then I don't know how I create this condition.

    I read your information and I try to upload the solution, but I use CRM 2015 and It doesn't work, only CRM 2011. I am looking for possible release and I just find for uploading by plugin. My company prefers upload by solution. Do you know any more current Workflow Date utilities ??

    I'd used those in an earlier version of CRM! I'd included the solution in a prototype I created. My dev team had however lifted just the code we needed for production version. Their code had been successfully migrated to CRM2015. But I personally haven't tried these directly on CRM2015.

    Maybe try this one, it describes similar functionality for CRM2015. (But I haven't tested!)

    Thank you very much for your answer. That revolves my problem. However, to improve the details of my workflow, how can I manage the hour time.

    I mean, in one of my test the next phone call is created on Monday 1:30 am. Maybe that doesn't like for the clients

    Can I fix that?
