I'm trying to import incidents but when I try and populate the entitlement id I get the following error:
Entitlement are in the system, are active and are associated to Accounts
And the Customer lookup on the Case is populated with the account also.
Here is how i have mapped it...
I'm mapping the conractdetialid (Contract Line Lookup field on the Case) on the CRM 2011 system to the Entitlement on D365 via a conractdetialid text field I have created on the entitlement when I imported them.
So to summaries i'm trying to: link the Contract Line on the Case to the correct Entitlement in D365 via the conractdetialid field i have added to it.
