Security in PINCODE field control in HCMWorker form.

The pincode field in HCMWorker form is not visible to any user role except system administrator. I tried to find the associated privileges but they are not applied to this particular field control. This control has datasource mentioned as JMGEmployee but no associated field is there in JMGEmployee table for this field. How the security is maintained in this field control?
