    this does not look like a table or any record that is within RMS.  

    Are you trying to create a custom table or alter an existing custom table?

    I suggest you download microsoft sql management studio express.  Then you can log into your database.

    MAKE A BACKUP FIRST!!!!!!!!

    Expand databases and select your database.  Then right click tables -> select New Table.  This will open the table designer.  Fill in the column names and type and any other properties, like default value.

    This will not take care of indexes, triggers, store procedures, etc.  

    You could also post your requirements on a sql server forumn and they could probably help you better.
