GP 2015 tax update for 2019 r 1

The documentation says "Last Tax Update Value should be 12/21/2018".   In the past what the documentation says, has always matched my value after applying the Tx.cab.

This year after applying the Tx.cab dated 12/21/2018, my value in GP 2015 is displaying 8/31/2018.

Being paranoid and trying to verify - what is the correct value and what are other people seeing?

    For the 2019 R1 tax update for Dynamics GP 2015, it states that the "Last Tax Table Update Date" value should be "12/21/2018"

    The download site doesn't mention a "Last Tax Code Update Date" value.

    Ended up being I had the last 2018 tax table update.   I couldn't get into customer source and our partner sent me year end update and the tx.cab file but not the 2019 r1 tx.cab file.

    I was finally able to get into customer source and got the right file.

    In GP the Tools/Setup/System/Payroll Tax  - Last Tax Update should be 12/21/2018.
