Balance sheet after uploading opening balances

After uploading all the opening balances for the G/L accounts, my suspense account balance is zero. However, when I try to run the balance sheet, it appears as blank.

Hello,

It looks like you are printing the standard 'Balance Sheet' report.

The 'Balance Sheet' report is generated from the defined 'Financial Reports' on 'General Ledger Setup'.

You need to make sure the Row Definition match with your G/L Account No.

If you go to the Chart of Accounts page, do you see any values in the Balance field? If you do, then this is a problem with the balance sheet report setup you're using. You can use Yi Yong's instructions to fix it.

Another possibility is that since G/L Entry is posted data and cannot be uploaded directly, did you upload it to the General Journal but not post it?
