Hi,

There must be one of your scripts either onload/onsave or not working fine

if those scripts throw error , CRM returns this type of issues

check your form scripts

Hello,

If you have Javascript event on your form, just disable the On Save / On change event.

If the problem disappeared so you have to change your code.
