Ok, Assuming you are using account for all of above category, so you can set another relationship in account to have Franchise like you did for the site, Assuming you will be having option set which will define Account category for example if it's a Organization or Franchiese or Site, based on the selection you can hide/show lookups.

For example you created organization record (selected organization from the drop down) so only show Franchise lookup, similarly in the Franchise form only show Site lookup.

    Hope it will help.

    Hi Shakti,

You can create a new entity called "Franchise" and create a lookup field to Organization. This will have 1:N relationship from "Organization" to "Franchise". Now on you current Site entity create a new lookup field to "Franchise" entity this will give you 1:N relationship from "Franchise" to "Site". So you will end up with (One)"Organization" to (Many) "Franchise" to (Many)"Site".

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Shakti,

This hierarchy is only applicable between the same records example Parent Account >> Child Account >> Child Child account. It is not available across different entity.

These 3 different forms are made within same entity like for account. Then it should be display the hierarchy.

    Hi Shakti,

If this is the same entity then you must be having a lookup field to itself (i.e. the entity itself). You need to enable the hierarchical view for that entity.

    Refer this blog - www.powerobjects.com/.../hierarchy-visualization-dynamics-crm-2015

    Hope this helps.

Sorry Ravi but i am still confused so please could you start from bigning that make sense.

I just have 3 forms named Org, Franchise, Site. So what should i do for new hierarchy and relationship?

And, Is it necessary to remove the previous relationship?

How could i make lookup field for that ?

Hope you provide a better formated answer.

    Thanks for help...

    Hi Shakti,

Can you share what have you done so far and what exactly you need? Based on your questions, we thought you are looking for some hierarchy based on different entity. later you said these are same entity?

If you just need to create a hierarchy then I don't think you need to do anything as by default account form contains the field called Parent Account which you can use. So

    - on your organization form hide this field

-- on your frnchise form, name this field as Organization. This will related Franchise to Organization

-- on your siteform, name this field as Frnachise. This will related Site to Franchise

    Hope this helps.
