Editable grids still editable when a record is close

Hi everyone,

I'm having a problem with the Editable Grid funcionality. I have it activated in my opportunity main web form, and when I close the record (either as won or lost), CRM lets me keep editing it. There is a out of the box solution for this? Or I have to use JavaScript or something like that to restrict this behavior?

Your editable grid edits child records of an Opportunity? They are still Active when you close the opportunity, so there is no reason to forbid editing. You should implement some cascade deactivation in that case(e.g. community.dynamics.com/.../how-to-cascade-activate-deactivate-setstate-in-crm). Even if you block Editable Grid with javascript these records are still editable from e.g. Advanced Find or Associated Records.
