Some developers on this forum have asked people to : open a support case with Microsoft

How do you go about this?

    If you are using CRM Online...

    If you log into the Admin Portal: https://portal.microsoftonline.com/default.aspx

    Select 'Support' for the left menu and there should be an option to create a 'New Service Request'
