When using the Edit PO Status box, the PO and a specific line item have a status of 'Closed' meaning that the item has been received and matched to an invoice. However, I am unable to view this PO in any inquiries or zooms. Could this be due to running a routine such as removing transaction history? Additionally, could someone explain to me what happens in this process - leading up to the status in the Edit PO Status window - i.e. the entire cycle of the PO? Thank you.
