Copy from production environmento to sandbox error

Hi,

When I try to create a sandbox environment from production one? I've received the following error message , triying several times from diferent pc and clearing cache as well.

An unexpected internal error has occurred. Exception: An unknown exception has occurred.

Tracking Id: 7a37b3d8-6f0c-4ffb-bfc4-0aa221173c87

Please, anyone received the same error? if yes do you know how to solve it?

Hello,

Please do ask your CSP to raise a ticket to Microsoft CSS. This is not something you can resolve yourself.

Hi Marco,

Thanks for your reaction, as you say it was out f my range to solved , after 8 hours was solved and the function worked properly...... no reason
