Our Dynamics 365 Production instance was updated on Friday 20th to version 9.0.2. It appears within our Leads Entity, disqualify and reactivate button is not working. The qualify option is working fine.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Seems like this is a known issue/bug.
Not sure if there is a fix for it yet, but MS was working on it.
I would check the forums or contact MS Support to check if there is an update or fix.
