Hi Team,

I would like to know more about how ISV is working in Dynamics 365 and what is the main advantage of ISV rather than the custom development from partner.

and how the license part is working for ISV, it is a user based or organization based.

thanks for the link, still I have a doubt , more than 50 users using they dynamics 365 and when we are procuring the license for ISV should I procure the 50 user licenses or only one(organization level)

It is dependent on the ISV solution you are purchasing. Both ISV providers and partners create solutions that extend on the existing dynamics solution. Microsoft licences are based on the number of users (dynamics.microsoft.com/.../pricing), whereas extended ISV solutions can be based on users, transactions, devices, or renewed over time. You may need to contact the ISV provider for more information.

This would depend on the T&C of the vendor.

For me, I would bargain for the organization level
