Hi All,

Now chasing with an issue as:

I have created a new instance (Create new organization say ORG DEV) of CRM and restore the database of existing organization (say ORG).

After doing some required customization on opportunity form, when I am trying to close an opportunity as WON, system is giving "Access Issue", even working opportunity is owned by me only.

Also existing thing is that I can close the same as LOST and also reopen/Update the value. This access issue is coming only while closing the opportunity as WON.

Please suggest any incident or solution. Many Thanks.

Hi Jitendra,

Is it happening for opportunities that were created before and after the form customization?

Is there some logic /business rule preventing the access?

What customizations are done on the Form?
