You may want to review the offline filters for both the system and user.

This article is an overview and has links to each configuration.

You may have a filter that is not properly configured to match your data that you are trying to sync.

I tried this but even after synchronization show success when i click ,Go Offline in Outlook. Data not appearing under sales.

When i click Go online, again all the existing data in CRM appears fine in Outlook.

Is there a way to find any logs or setting which still needs to be checked.

The best way is to open the filter view in a regular CRM view and make sure that you are seeing records. The records that appear in the view via advanced find for from the entity will match what is being sync'd offline.

Also I would check to make sure you have the security role for outlook offline enabled

If you go to advanced find you should be able to view the records that will be synced by matching the advance find view with your filter
