Hello,
We have a user receiving the below error when running an AP integration. AA was just installed. Other users can run this same integration. What could be the issue?

Hi Shelly -
Exit Dynamics GP and then open task manager on the offending machine and make sure there isn't an orphaned DYNAMICS.EXE running in the background.
