Integration Manager Error after AA installed- RPC server is unavailable

Hello,

We have a user receiving the below error when running an AP integration. AA was just installed. Other users can run this same integration. What could be the issue?

To solve this problem, follow these steps:

Exit Integration Manager, and then exit Microsoft Dynamics GP.

Press CTRL+ALT+DELETE, and then click Task Manager.

Click the Processes tab.

If a Dynamics.exe process is listed, click the Dynamics.exe process, and then click End Process.

Start Microsoft Dynamics GP.

Start Integration Manager.

Run an integration.

Hi Shelly -

Exit Dynamics GP and then open task manager on the offending machine and make sure there isn't an orphaned DYNAMICS.EXE running in the background.
