I have configured standard GP workflow for PO of version 2010 R2. The PO approvals are flowing properly to the respective approvers. The approvers are getting email notifications to approve in their outlook. But there is an error shows when approver clicks on "View Workflow History and Status" hyperlink from his outlook. The error is "An unexpected error has occured". I went into Sharepoint LOGS for the corresponding correlation ID. There it has the message as "System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at Microsoft.SharePoint.ApplicationPages.WrkStatPage.OnLoad(EventArgs e) at Microsoft.Dynamics.Workflow.WrkStatPage.OnLoad(EventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() at System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain(Boolean includeStagesBeforeAsyncPoint, Boolean includeStagesAfterAsyncPoint)".
Is anybody facing this kind of issue with view workflow history and status? Your thoughts to resove this issue are highly appreciable.
