Hello,

Our company uses Microsoft Dynamics CRM. I log in via a web portal. Due to recent retrenchments, all of our system administrators have left the company. How can we move forward to create a new system administrator?

    If you are an Office 365 Admin. You can create new/update existing users by going to the admin panel.

    You would need an existing account that is system administrator, maybe try resetting the password of that user. Then on the Administrator -> Users, you can change the security roles of a user to System Administrator

    We have no Microsoft 365 in our company. None of our IT team have ever used Microsoft 365 or are planning on using it. We have no system administrator rights or priveledges for Microsoft 365. Nobody here uses Microsoft 365.

    Regrettably ALL system administrators have left the company. We have no system administrators remaining. We have no idea what their log in details or passwords were. We therefore have no access to anyone who is a system administrator. We have no access to any log in details of anyone who was a system administrator.
