Can we demand from Microsoft - a stronger system environment for the Business Central SaaS environment? We need to add more resources: CPU and RAM.
If we can, how to do it? Which channel of communication?

For SAAS version, Microsoft auto assign the resources. If you want resource as per your need, pls go for on-perm BC D365.

Microsoft have a scheme for how and when they add more resources to your BC online instance. If you feel that your instance is struggling with poor performance you should raise a support ticket to Microsoft through your CSP partner.
Going from online to onprem because of poor performance will not be a good strategy in my eyes.
Hi, you can submit a Service Request to Microsoft and communicate directly with them.We've modified the instance settings in the background through Microsoft, but not the hardware, I'm not sure if this is possible.
