fixing incorrect translations

We are using Dynamics 365 customer self support online version and need to fix translations but am new using this software and now idea where to find the pages.

Am assuming there is a language translations file for all content or maybe not...

As an example I want to translate these button text from the Japanese page but struggling to find it..

Ok maybe I should explain better as the only answer I got so far is irrelevant.

The person who created our support site probably used power AI to translate everything that is why it needs to be fixed as it is all wrong.

So what I am asking is guidance on finding the right way to manually fix the translations..
