User accidentally updated Unit price on Sales order Line item

A user when fulfilling line items on an order mistakenly updated the unit price.

They did not catch the mistake until after they had completed the sales order.

Is there a way to re-open the sales order to correct the issue?

If you have not turned the order into an invoice you can pull up the order and correct the unit price. Transaction->Sales->Sales Transaction Entry

Unfortunately, it has been invoiced.

The invoice is correct, but the sales order is wrong. Not real sure how they managed to make this happen.

If the order has moved to history you will need to correct the sell price using SSMS.

Also means updating your taxes and totals.

You should be reporting from your invoicing for this reason.
