OPEN IN EXCEL (Excel add in) is not available every time on the form

Hallo Everyone!!
 
We have a strange issue in our D365FSCM application, The excel add in does not show OPEN IN EXCEL option on the form when we open it for the first time.  But upon refreshing the form this option is available.
This is happening for some users only and that too not everytime.
 
We have D365 FSCM on premise which has the version 10.0.33 PU57 running on multiple AOS.
 
I tired to refresh the entities in the Data management framework parameters but the issue still persists. We even restarted the servers to remove the cache.
 
In the pic below OPEN in EXCEL is available for me but for some users it is not.
 
kindly let me know if anyone has faced this issue and the reason behind it.

    Note that version 10.0.33 is already old. Have you tried reproducing the same issue in a recent version?

    Hi,
     
    As mentioned, please update the version to newest release to see it the issue occurs.
    Can you check it the issue is due to the conflicts with some other add-ins or extensions. If so, you can try to disable other extension that caused such issue.
