I have exactly the same problem. I can add, that the message started to appear, when I updated the environment to v.19.5. On version 19.4 this feature worked correctly.
The problem occurs in every environment which I have access to, so the problem doesn't arise from uploaded PTE extensions.
In my opinion this is Microsofts error, I would like to report it, but I don't know where is the right place for that.
