Does Power Apps Portal have an outbound IP Address?

Hello,

 

I hope this is the right group to post this question, is there any documentation on what the outbound IP address is of a "Portal" application. I'm trying to provide this info to network admins for firewall configuration.

 

I know that the URL of the portal has its IP address, but is there an outbound IP?
