Hi,

You could refer to the Microsoft official article "Integrate (synchronize) your email system with Microsoft Dynamics 365" which introduces several methods to integrate outlook with CRM Online. In addition , it's more suggested to use server-side synchronization with app for outlook at the latest CRM Online Version.
