I am trying to import a managed solution (For upgrade) in my target environment for OnPremise 2016 instance. Solution import is getting failed stating "Solution with id= guid does not exist".

Checked the on-prem database of source and target but there is no such solution present in the DB as well. Enabled traces as well but no luck in finding the cause.

Tried below approach but no luck:

Hi Leah Ju,

Thanks for the help. Tried following it but the GUID for the solution is not present in the database.

Hi,

It is recommended to raise a support ticket for further help.

The issue can be resolved by running a mitigation script.
