Hi,
I'm looking for a SOLUTION (CONNECTOR / GUIDE) for Dynamics 365 Business Center On-Prem INTEGRATION with System Center Service Manager 2019 On-Prem, for:
- One-way Synchronous / Asynchronous Update (from D365 BC to System Center Service Manager 2019)

We used to have a package for NAV 2015 (that would have worked also for NAV 2016).
The answer from development team about SCOM was the following "We don't have plans to support and further release Management Packs for System Center.".
This has been discontinued with NAV 2017.
If you would like to have this feature reintroduced, I would strongly suggest you to log an idea through IDEAS site for D365BC
