Sales price lists stopped working

Hello everybody,

We have implemented customer price groups on customers and price list for those price groups.

It worked well for a couple of weeks. But all of a sudden we only get the unit price on all sales quotes.

When looking at the fact box to the left on a sales quote, there is now the number Zero on on sales prices,  despite the customer belonging to a price group offering prices for the product in question.

The same setup worked before, but I think it did stop after we started subscribing to exchange ratesScreenshot-2022_2D00_10_2D00_05-at-23.34.31.png. Not sure about exactly what has caused it to stop working,

Any idea how to trouble shoot this?

    Hi, Please check the Starting Date and Ending Date of the price first.

    Another possibility is whether the new sales pricing experience feature has been enabled?

    The New price list experience is enabled from what I understand:

    Here is the setup of a price list, note the "lower" price

    Here is a quote, but the price get wrong, what ends up on the quote is the unit price from the item card, not the price from the price list:

    What is confusing is that it did work correctly for a while but ceased to do so for unknown reason (to me)...

    That looks very strange from the if you have provided.

    I would have tried to run the verify lines function in the price list and see if that changes anything.

    Do you have any customization in your solution?

    I have tried verify lines, it does not change anything, still the same.

    We do not have any customisations, it is complete vanilla. Just ordinary configs in my opinion...

    Please check after disabling the Invoice Disc. from the price  page and then remove the sales line and enter it again.

    Hi,

    I did switch off Invoice discount on item card, it did not help.

    Also, @YUN ZHU, I tried to add price list starting and ending date, but it makes no difference,

    Have you deleted the Item Line and put it again after set the prices.
