Web to Case from Social Networks

I have seen in Sales force a feature using which we can create automated cases from Social Network site. Say for example someone mentions @Uber  on Facebook and writes something along with that (may be an issue he faced) , for this automatically a case gets created in a queue (Web). Which also holds the content written by the user in a description field. Is there a way we could accomplish the same in Microsoft CRM Dynamics 365?
