GL Trial Balance Prints Portrait Not Landscape

This is a bug introduced in SP1 of GP2013.  It happens if you send the GL Trial Balance Report directly to the printer.  Then it prints the report in Portrait and cuts off about 25% of the report.  You can work around the bug by sending the Trial Balance to the Screen and printing from there.  Then it prints Landscape as designed.

Question, are you finding the same thing is happening with other reports?  I have a client that has several reports that this is happening to.

The Trial Balance was the only one we found.   If you know of others, I could have Microsoft add them to the case. This is Bug #10485.

Hi, I found out that every reports intended to be print using landscape will have the same problem (printing Portrait) if we send them directly to printer. If we display them first then sending them on printer they will print using landscape

I am at a client site for post upgrade support today (GP 2013 SP1) and we are also finding here that all landscape reports are printing portrait unless printed to the screen first.

    Hi everyone,

You may also want to try setting up a named printer for a particular report and then set that named printer to print in landscape.
