Setup special role on release product

Dear Community Group,

I have received a requirement to set up a special role for the release product.

If a user is in the BOM team group, they can change information on the 'Engineer' tab.However, they will only have read access to other tabs and cannot make changes.
If a user is in the Planning group, they can modify information on the 'Plan' tab.However, they will only have read access to other tabs and cannot make changes.
If a user is in the Buyer group, they can change information on the 'Purchase' tab. However, they will only have read access to other tabs and cannot make changes.
If a user is in the Finance group, they can modify information on the 'Financial dimensions' tab.However, they will only have read access to other tabs and cannot make changes.
