Development: How to create a pop-up dialog on Customer add to cart

Hi,

I am trying to show a dialog to the CPOS user when a customer has been added to the cart. The reasoning is I want to also check to see if the customer is on hold.

I have been trying to keep it simple to begin with and just show a dialog, but I can't get it to show for this particular operation.

Can anyone provide any guidance on this?

Thanks,

Royce

We want to check if a customer is on hold when the customer is added to the cart and show a dialog to the user. There is already a standard feature that stops an account sale which we are using but it allows you to get too far in the sales process before being notified.

    HI Royce,

I will leave this customization question here for others to respond.

Are you wanting to prevent sales if the customer is on hold?
