Hi,

I have created test sandbox from live running production server. Live server is working fine and have taken SQL backup from production server. On the test sandbox, imported DB in CRM organisation and test sandbox works fine and can see same data as production server.

Now issue is trying to configure email for sending email getting error. When i click on Data encryption getting dialog as
"Please select an account that is a member of the PrivUserGroup security group and try again."

I did restart server, IIS and tried sql query but no luck.

    Hi Syed,

    The user that is being utilized to configure the Data Encryption needs to be part of the PrivUserGroup in AD. You need to work with your domain administrator and ask him to add the user to this group.

    Hi Radu,

    I am the domain administrator and i have added my name and other name to PrivUserGroup. Is there way from inside where can i see domain organisation unit name?

    Just to ensure which OU crm is connected .
