I keep getting this error today. 
Error code: STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION
 
I am using it on BING and also Windows App, both keeps getting this error. 
Is there a problem with Business Central?

    Some of our users are getting this too, only on certain functions in BC (Sales Orders causes it every time).
    Seems to be limited to Chromium based browsers - Edge and Chrome - Firefox is ok (though slow).

    Some users within our company are also expericing this problem. A couple of users had the problem yesterday but today its working fine again. Other users are stille experiencing the problem.
    The problem only occurs when using the menu within the profile role. When the user uses the search glas to open the pages everything is working fine.

    We are having a similar issue, but only when we try and access from a Microsoft/Azure IP address. From otrher locations we have no issue.

    We are also experiencing this issue with only a subset of users in the same environment as users who are working fine. Looks like a Business Central issue.

    Hi, 

    Same issues on our side. 
    Windows 10 + 11 clients are fine, just our RDS enviroment facing the STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION message. 
    We're using Microsoft Edge, FSLogix, AppLocker and also Windows Defender for Business Server. 
     
    Will try with Firefox Browser and also with the search bar, instead of menu shortcuts. 

    Update: Firefox is fine. Seems like an Chromium Issue? But only on servers? Our setup was running fine over the last few weeks.

    We are also experiencing this problem since yesterday on AVD machines, in combination with Edge and Business Central. After refresh the browser continues.

    Hello, ive also experienced the same problems and its looks like edge://accessibility is the issue, for some reason on our avd's this is suddenly enabled and enabling this makes it so that business central gives back the status_violation_error,
     
    Trying to disable any features will suddenly just put it back on. so for now i just opted publishing the shortcut with the --disable-renderer-accessibility option, and this fixes the issue for me atleast.

    in other words try checking if theres anything enabled when using edge://accessibility and disable it and try again

    else use a shortcut with the switch.

    Microsoft is already aware of it, and there is a workaround.
