MS D365 f&O account not showing in g/l journal enrty

Hello
when we create a G/L journal entriy ( /GL-> Journal Entries .->General Journal/) we want to select the account we can't select / find one of /our/ accounts.
What is the blocking point, so that the account will be displayed?
