Hi everyone. Is it possible to create an email blast with quick campaigns and use the Email Engagement feature to follow up message interactions (opened messages)?

    Hi Anuar,

    Dynamics 365 for Marketing and ClickDimensions are good options for email marketing campaigns.

    Thanks Adrian,

    I opened a case with Microsoft and this functionality is definitely not enabled for mass emails. In fact, the option is to use third-party applications as you suggested.
