Hello, I am using version 8 of Microsoft Dynamics, which is not an online version. I want to use AI tools in Microsoft Dynamics, and I was wondering if such tools are available in this version or not? And if you say I need to upgrade the version, which version should I upgrade to? Also, what AI features are available?

Unfortunately, version 8 of Microsoft Dynamics does not support AI tools like Dynamics 365 Copilot and other advanced AI features. To access these AI capabilities, you would need to upgrade to a more recent version of Dynamics 365.
