User can only login with Private browser

Has anybody had this issue today?

My customer had troubles logging in to Business Central. I was able to get into his environment on my end and figured it was a caching issue.

Closing the browser and restarting did not change the user's inability to login.

We tried using incognito browser, which works. Still unable to login with the regular browser and assuming it is an issue with the recent BC release wave?

Any thoughts?

    Hi,

    I have not found any issue till then, everyone is logging correctly, may be if you are using Chrome and its coming in only single machine, you can try re-install it.

    They likely have a personal Microsoft Account that is signed in.  The can click the User Profile icon and select Switch Account, or they can sign out of all Microsoft accounts and log in again.  The issue is BC is trying to authenticate on the wrong Microsoft profile, which is why the Private browser works is because none of the credentials are saved.

    Thanks for replies.

    There was an outage yesterday, due to 2023 Release Wave 1. This caused some customers to have caching issues, but was soon fixed by Microsoft.
