unable to refresh firm planned production order in directed location

Hi Expert,

I tried to refresh a firm planned prod order for a directed location but get this error. Since it's a fresh created pro order. No consumption has been posted. Not sure what might be wrong. I'm about to fresh firm planned prod order for non directed location. And if I change the problematic one to released status, I'm able to refresh it.

    Hi, I'm sorry I haven't encountered this issue and am not sure if it is caused by standard or customization.
    Suggest you can have the developer try to debug it.

    Then as suggested by YUN ZHU, looks like it is a customization gone wrong. Are you aware if this part was customized?
