Cannot create or delete a General Journal Template

Hello

I have recently purchased a subscription to BC for my training purposes.

I am trying to create a General Journal template. However, both the New and Delete tabs are greyed out.

Any suggestions, please?

    Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.

    It appears that I did not assign the licence to myself in the admin centre, which caused the limited functionality.

    Thanks for your reply. I am a new user, and I can't find the option to attach a file.

    Can you point me in the right direction, please?

    I will research/refresh my knowledge on how to assign myself as a superuser in the meantime.
