In our Dynamics CRM the 'Open in Excel Online' control only shows white pop up screen. Has worked up until 28 May 2023. This is for all users, across all regions, with all browser types. Excel Online does work. We tried clearing cache.

Did you try in different browser??

Which view have you tried? Can you try to adapt your filter in your view to decrease the number of records before you open the excel online?
